This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered by Set Pace.

All Set Pace products are custom-tagged and produced to order.
This means:

Items are not held as standard retail stock

Production begins after an order is placed

Processing includes production + quality checks + packaging
Standard processing time: 7-14 working days before dispatch
(Production times may vary during launches, high-demand periods, or limited drops.)
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch, not at order placement.
UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
International Shipping

International Standard: 5–12 working days (location dependent)
Delivery times may vary due to:

Set Pace is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
3. Shipping Costs

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Set Pace is not liable for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect details

Re-delivery fees caused by address errors
If an order is returned to us due to address errors, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
