Set Pace – Website Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Set Pace website and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Set Pace is a community-led wellbeing, training, and lifestyle brand providing custom-tagged apparel and products.
References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Set Pace. References to “you” and “customer” refer to any user or purchaser.
2. Products
All Set Pace products are custom-tagged and produced specifically for each customer/order.
This means:
- Items are not mass-produced
- Items are not generic retail stock
- Products are created specifically for you once ordered
This classification affects your legal rights in relation to refunds and returns (see Section 6).
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You authorise payment using the selected payment method
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities per order
- Cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and produced.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Set Pace is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs delays
- Weather conditions
- Events outside of our control
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Custom Product Policy
All items sold by Set Pace are custom-tagged and produced to order.
Under UK consumer law, custom-made or personalised items are exempt from standard cancellation and refund rights.
Therefore:
❌ No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference changes
- Style dissatisfaction
- Ordering errors made by the customer
✅ Exchanges (Errors on Our Part Only)
We will offer an exchange or replacement only if:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged in transit
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a manufacturing or production error caused by us
To qualify for an exchange:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence must be provided
- The item must be unworn and in original condition
We reserve the right to assess all claims before approving exchanges.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- Logos
- Designs
- Branding
- Text
- Graphics
- Images
- Product concepts
are the intellectual property of Set Pace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Community Standards & Conduct
Set Pace is a values-led brand rooted in wellbeing, leadership, discipline, and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who:
- Abuse staff or representatives
- Act fraudulently
- Attempt chargeback fraud
- Breach community conduct standards
9. Liability
Set Pace is not liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Emotional distress
- Training-related injuries
- Personal misuse of products
All training content, wellbeing guidance, and community activities are participated in at the user's own risk.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
Your data will only be used for:
- Order processing
- Customer communication
- Delivery services
- Community updates (where consent is given)
We do not sell or misuse customer data.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
